They are a wonderful source of protein, so I put them on salads. As I am a vegetarian, I love having this easily available source of protein. They are salted, but are not too salty. I’m not poisoned as I am with seeds purchased in most grocery stores. They’re amazingly delicious and FRESH pumpkin seeds! I order 3-4 packs at a time, simply because I go through them so quickly. They’re a great snack, very tasty, and easy to keep in my purse or car. These are especially useful on RV travel days, or days transporting grandchildren. We love them in salads. Not only green salads, but egg salad as well, as the pumpkin seeds add crunch and some salty flavor at the same time. I truly love this brand and the perfect flavor of roasted sunflower seeds. Highly recommended! ## Frequently Bought Together - Good Sense Roasted & Salted Organic Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas), Non-GMO & All Natural, 6 Ounce Resealable Bag - Elan Organic Raw Sunflower Seeds, 7.1 oz, Unsalted Kernels, Shelled Seeds, No Shell, Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Kosher, All Natural Snacks & Toppings - NOW Foods, Pumpkin Seeds, Raw and Unsalted, Essential Fatty Acids, Rich in Iron, Excellent Source of Protein, Certified Non-GMO, 1-Pound (Packaging May Vary) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/46582869-good-sense-roasted-salted-organic-pumpkin-seeds-6-ounce](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/46582869-good-sense-roasted-salted-organic-pumpkin-seeds-6-ounce) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
