Very Informative/Great for Starting out
This is PERFECT for a beginner. It has everything included as well as a booklet that explains everything ya need to know. I like the different levels of intensity provided so i don’t need to upgrade later on.

Handy and Clear
This is a great exercise pack. It’s small in a good way, and very clear to use. I love how they are organized; by number, by difficulty and by workout sets. It’s nice to not be tied to electronics/apps and still be mobile with these.

The media could not be loaded. Sono schede per esercizi per tonificare le varie parti del corpo. I colori distinguono le parti del corpo da allenare con vari gradi di difficoltà. Nella parte retro in inglese la descrizione esercizio e muscoli coinvolti. Costoso ma fatto bene nel suo carton box.

Just what I needed to get into fitness
These are perfect for what I need, I want to work out at home and away as I work away alot but find it difficult to find what I want online and I don't have fancy equipment. The cards are really easy to follow from beginner to advanced, the instructions are very clear and absolutely perfect for what I wanted. The only disappointment is the supporting apps are only available on IOS and I have android but they are not essential just an added extra. I still highly recommend them.
