My female employees told me I needed to install one of these. I have had no complaints about it. That's all I know.

I love that this product exists but I’m not sure where I would mount it if I were actually planning on using it for its intended purpose. Regardless, here are two reviews: one regarding its intended purpose, and a second review regarding my repurposing. Yeah, I’m the kind of person who puts edible glitter on pizza because I think it’s funny, but I also walk around my house looking for out-of-the-box solutions to problems and the second I saw this I knew I wanted it.Intended purpose review, with photos:I think the most wonderful thing about this is that it comes with both mounting hardware and a starter box of bags, so there’s no searching for the right insert. Again, I’m not sure where I would mount this, but if I were to do so, I think I’d want to bedazzle it or do something to make it more attractive. And I still may, but that’s for the next purpose discussion. Since I received a starter box of bags, I am also reviewing them. As far as the disposal of feminine products, I think that must be limited to the largest sized menstrual products, or smaller sized bladder protection products. I’ve placed both a giant overnight menstrual pad and a size 5 Poise pad next to the bag. I don’t have any trouble getting the overnight pad into the bag, but it’s seems pretty obvious that I would fight with the Poise product. The other mystery is why the bags are translucent. Isn’t the purpose to conceal? Oh well. So as far as its intended purpose, I believe it deserves 2 or 3 stars.HOWEVER:Unintended purpose, now with a photo:We have a Keurig and we keep a small trash bin next to the coffee machine for all of the used k-cups (what does everyone else do??), but we have nowhere handy to store the small bags. The Keurig is right next to the fridge. So I added magnets to the back of this dispenser, filled it with a different kind of bag, attached it to the side of the fridge, and it could not have worked out better. As a repurposed item, it’s perfect. And that’s why I ordered it.

This box has mounting screws and mounting tape so that it can be mounted one way or another, but I don't think that I would want to mount it anywhere. For once, the real need for a bag for menstrual pads is when visiting outside my own home and so I want to use this as a travel item.But also, the bags were hard to get to lay in it exactly as they ought to and if it were vertical because it was mounted somewhere I could just imagine it being a bit of a nightmare to keep them from sliding out while trying to reattached the top of the box to its bottom. It was hard enough to get them to stay in nicely while filling the box with the bags on a table before putting the lid on. That said, once the lid is on, it's great and works exactly like a tissue box, but for bags. I'm not sure if some other brand of bags would fit or not, and the refills for this are a bit pricey ...but... I'm really glad this product exists because it definitely helps to have bags for menstrual supplies.

Too hard to put bags in this. Wasted money
