I ordered a small and it fits well. It’s snug but I like it that way. The garter straps are a bit loose (but I have skinny legs) so have to tighten them a lot. They are well made. I cannot speak to how well they protect knees for hard style drops and kips, but the padding is thick enough for most average floor work. I also have the regular grippy ones without garter and I tend to grab those more. In general, Queen Wear knee pads tend to conform to your knees the more you wear them. In the beginning they slipped more, but then after a while, they fit better if that makes sense. These do look amazing though. I’m not an advanced dancer so my use tends to be “light”. There are no perfect knee pads out there, so these are pretty good for quality and style overall.

It's a very good well made pads however actual pad is too wide so even though it does have a grip on the side for Pole and it sticks well you kind of have to accommodate instead of just bring your leg up on a pole...

It’s a bit tight on the knee. I’m hoping they will stretch out a bit. The garter part slides down while I’m dancing a lot and that’s disappointing.
