Ok...here's the deal and let me tell you somthin....😎I have flat feet ya'all....flat as a duck's. I have walked on what feels like half golf balls on custom orthotics going on 8+ years. Thought walking with no pain was worth that...and it has been...till 'bout one year ago when I developed sciatica and could not walk...at all...without horrible pain for over 4 months. After chiropractors helping ease my symtoms I decided to figure out what really was happening to me.After months of research on my own with me being my subject I realized that when I was sleeping, my feet were dropping and curling, shortening my calf muscles and hamstrings to a point I was hobbling around in my day on toes and feet that were actually in a curled "claw" type fashion in my shoes....really unbeknown to me before my research that was stressing and messing with piriformas muscle..(look it up...it might surprise you) which has been messing with my sciatic nerve. Anyway....these splints.....these splints..💖JUST what I needed to stop the afore said issues and begin the journey back to correct my walking and also the gentle stretching my calves and hamstring and frankly the healing my feet, legs and piriformas muscle needs to operate without pain. YEA!!!! I wear them sitting during the day watching TV and have worked up to about 5 hours a night about 3 to 4 nights a week. WHAT A DIFFERENCE...WHAT AM IMPROVMANT IN MY LIFE I TELL YA 😊😊😊😊!The splints are VERY comfortable....Very well constructed....JUST EXCELLENT.This company also stands behind this product! I would too if I had such a wonderful product.Please take this old woman's advise...If you need something like these splints in your life DO NOT HESITATE to try these. I am just not kidden you at all....cross my splints. 😎

I have been using this night splint for about 2-3 hours for the past 3 weeks, and I have noticed a significant improvement to my plantar fasciitis symptoms, which usually feels really painful right after I wake up in the morning. Also, just as a disclaimer, I use this night splint in addition to other treatments as suggested by my health care provider, such as icing the painful area, using orthotics, and doing daily stretches. My health care provider suggested that I use a night splint for a few hours every night to stretch the plantar fascia and Achilles tendon while I sleep. I also use this night splint while I watch TV at night.It did feel a tad uncomfortable the first few nights of wearing the splint as I wasn't used to it yet, so I gradually adjusted the metal bend of the splint and make the strap tighter later on to achieve the desired tension. I like that the design of this product is simple and not as complicated as some other night splints. It's very comfortable, easy to put on, and I also like there's a bottom support for my foot.Overall, a good product for those who need to use night splint!

As most people know, Achilles tendon issues take time to heal. Everyone keeps saying stretch it. The point really is, keep it stretched and this does that. Yes, you can walk with it, but nighttime is when anyone can log the hours of "keeping it stretched" and this does that. It is true, I didn't last all night at first, but I do now.This fits well, very adjustable for a variety of uses. Right now, I'm using an ice machine with the ankle wrap, and the splint over that both to add compression, and to keep the Achilles stretched while I ice.Service has been great, and and attentive.

I ordered this and boy am I glad I did. I had a night splint that I got from Dr office. Did not fit my foot right. Just aggravated the problem . I have small feet and it didn’t fit.I saw reviews for this splint. Thought I would give it a try. First off I was able to curve to fit my ankle/foot, adjust the straps to correctly support my foot. I’m able to actually sleep in it without ripping off my foot in the middle of the night.I also wear it when watching tv.You should definitely try this!

I've used the splint for at least one month now. I can finally keep it on all night but not in an effective way. My foot always slides out the back because there is nothing to rest your heel on so my plantar fascitis is not really getting better. The worst part of this purchase was the letter I received from the company. It was full of poor grammar and asked me to rate them at 5 stars if I liked the splint. Ha! Not likely.
