Works Good Some Minor Issues With Roku & Fire TV
Easy to program and sync using Smart Life.This is good for when you lose or misplace your Fire TV or Roku TV remote.When at work or overnight I completely kill the power to our two TV's using a smart plug. You have to use a remote or IR blaster that way and you can't vis the Roku or Fire TV appAlexa app or Echo speakers and the Roku app cannot turn the TV on after having the power killed to it since it's like unplugging it.Since this clones the IR remote you can program it have Alexa or Google turn on the TV, use the Fire TV or Roku app and find a lost remote.Also, Fire TV can be funky with Alexa "Alexa mute Fire TV" Alexa will respond Fire TV doesn't support that and you have to program a routune....This way you don't have to program a skill to mute it unmute the TV or and you won't have to say "Alexa ask some to mute Fire TV".The same goes with volume control, Alexa can be just as funky with needing a routine.I can just say "Alexa turn up the TV" etc....you would use a similar command structure with Google "ok Google turn on the living room Roku TV".This can also be integrated into Google and Alexa routines..."Alexa [or "Okay Google"] I'm home" runs the routine with lighting, turns on TV power outlets, made a few seconds delay then it turns on the TV with the IR blaster.Must set it up on a 2.4ghz network but can control it on any network or cellular data.Note on remotes: Only certain Fire TV and certain Roku remotes have a lost remote feature.

Turn non smart applicance to smart appliance
Bought this to control my TV on my phone, which it does great. Turn out it will allow alexa to control it as well along with turning my "dumb" ac to "smart" ac. It allow the remote control via your phone. Alexa integration seem limited and depending on application. For known AC model, alexa will be able set temp along with on off, fan speed and such. But for TV alexa seem to only be able to on/off but no other functions like volume or channel. No alexa on other like speaker system, though the app does allow full control.

Great IR control
It definitely works, one of the cheapest around Amazon and it works perfectly I use smartlife app to control it and is currently connected to my Google assistant and alexa, so I can tirno on JVC TV, AC mini split Lennox, and a few other devices, setup was easy and smooth.Totally recommend!!!
