good balm, but hard to apply

So far it works exactly as described. Similar in consistency to chap stick and easy to apply to my dogs feet. It works almost immediately and I can tell the difference in just a couple applications. The bottom of his feet aren't cracked and dry. There is less inflammation in between his toes and overall the pads look a lot more moist. Thank you! Great product!

My dogs' paws are healing and becoming softer (moisturized). The balm itself is very "hard" and it takes awhile to break up and rub it into the paw itself. At first my dogs did not enjoy this and would pull away. Now, I do it right before bed time. They fall asleep and do not lick it off. By morning, it soaked all in and their paws are soft.

This is very moisturizing. Dogs love to lick their paws. Very hard to apply with this small tin. I would get the big stick next time.

Here are before and after photos. This product hands down works amazing on paw pads. My pup needed this due to high keratin in some pads, but what they don't tell you is that even though these are safe and natural products; they may also affect sensitive tummies if they lick it off their paws - even though it's not toxic. My Dachshund ended up with diarrhea for 2 days due to the fat content in balm. Now I have to put shoes on him until the product is absorbed because he likes the flavor and then the process becomes ineffective. Therefore, I'm using more balm than necessary.
