Can You Hear Me Now?
This item works pretty well. The only thing, is it will cut out if there is a quiet spot in the audio. Even at a high volume, it still seems to cut out at spots. If needed, I will pay a little more for a better quality.

Not worth its low cost.
I usually don't like rating items one star unless they deserve it. These are cheap, and it's pretty much "you get what you pay for." I used it with my Samsung S24 Ultra, and every time I moved my hand while holding my phone, the audio/video stops. Like the phone senses it's been disconnected. Very frustrating. I sent it right back, and bought another adalter that works flawlessly. Highly not recommended.
