Just what I needed!
I like how many shoes you can fit in it. I bought this to save space in a little area where I kept string on shoes and costantly having to throw them in a pile and try to find them when my kids are going to school. Very easy to set up, no tools required. Price was great. I just received it today, so we will see how it holds up.

It was nice while it lasted...
I bought this unit a little over a month ago with the hope of helping my wife organize her shoes. It arrived well packaged, was easy to assemble (took ~30 minutes) and stood tall and proud, ready for shoes! At first it did a great job of keeping everything together, nice, tidy, and out of the way... until this evening. My wife noticed her little tower leaning a little to the side. A quick inspection showed the brackets on the bottom shelf to have broken, the front left on top, and the front right on the bottom. We aren't sure what may have caused it, as the rack isn't overstocked, nor do we push it around. I feel it's the plastic brackets that hold the aluminum tubes in place; they simply aren't strong enough. We rigged it to stand once again, but I'm keeping an eye out on something a little more reliable than plastic and tubes...

Hazardous to hands! Definitely NOT worth the money!
I would have returned this item in a heart beat if I had the energy to take the shelves apart again! We spent all afternoon putting this together and the parts have loads of unfinished ends so our hands are cut to ribbons - then came the cover! OMG! To start with, it didn't fit squarely but I thought that once I tied the bottom ties, it would look better - not so! I am an 82lb weakling and yet I managed to snap the ties - not the stitching - the actual tie snapped in half! Then I pulled down the zippers and noticed a 5 inch tear along the edge - again - not the stitching - the material!I have never paid so much for such a piece of you-know-what in my life! Oh and FYI, the pockets on the side are completely unusable as they are just pieces of the material (I have no clue what it is made from but it's very cheap and very easily torn!) they are stitched flat to the sides - if you want to put anything in there then you will undoubtedly split the seams if you try to zip it closed! I am very nervous that the shelves will just come apart at the seams so I don't dare put anything heavier than my ballet flats in there!I wish ther was a way to give zero stars because I definitely would in this case!

I love this shoe rack!
Great product ! You can fit a lot of shoes ! Bt I’m not sure why the cover doesn’t fit.... there’s two shelves showing at the bottom. Update: okay I corrected the issue lol. This is 100% worth the money. Helps keep the house organized to .

It seemed flimsy when I got it
This unit appears very flimsy when you get it. The box it comes in is small and light. When I tried to put the first cloth shelf in, it tore in half. I was doing it wrong. Also, the instructions are some of the worst I have seen. Better written instructions would help a ton. The correct way to put it together is to thread the long tube in back, put on two corner plastic pieces, and then connect two medium length poles into the corner plastic piece you just connected to the back pole. Cloth goes shiny side up. Connect two plastic corner pieces on the end of the medium-sized tube. Next, thread another long pole through the front of the shelf, and then connect one end to a medium pole and then the other end to the other plastic piece. This way you will not rip the cloth. There are four legs that look like little cups, that are not mentioned anywhere in the instructions,Pros: Once it is together it is sturdy and solid. I think it will work well. It is light. I put it together in one room and could carry it with one hand to another room. It looks like the cloth shelf will hold up (it is like a tarp type of cloth). Finally, it looks decent.Cons: Poor instructions. The cover feels cheap. It appears flimsy at first, but once together it is better.
