Can I record my own greeting or disable the standard greeting?

How can I pair this to a new device? There’s not a pairing button?!

You simply turn it on. The device then shows up on your phone. Once it pairs then it will be automatic when you use it again. Great speaker for its size and price !

How do you turn off the the very loud noise the box makes when you turn it on and when you connect to a device? The noise is louder than my music!

Use the volume control on the Boxanne to turn down the volume. Can then increase volume if needed using the device it is paired with.

Why does my boxanne origaudio bluetooth speaker keep beeping every 30 seconds even after i charged it for a whole day?

Hi there, it's possible that your speaker was not charged properly due to a malfunctioning cable. I recommend trying a different universal micro-USB cable!
