The item is dirty. Not just in one side. leather material is bad. Product is awful

Good product but had to do a replacement once.
When I bought the bag, it had a small zipper part missing. Had to ask for a replacement.The replacement was perfect & had better packaging too. Seemed like a new product vs the older one which seemed like the seller tried to hive off a defective product.Knicking off a star for the above.Otherwise the bag has a good look. Durability - only time will tell.
