New socks! Ahhhhh....
I'm ashamed to say I've been looking for new socks for over a year, but refuse to pay $7 per pair anywhere at the mall. "Geez, they're just socks!" And I only need brown socks, because I rarely wear a gray suit, so I have plenty of black socks. It bugs me that every variety pack comes with something like one brown pair (what I need), a useless tan pair, two black pair, and a purple plaid pair.I just want a bunch of brown socks! As Obiwan Kenobi said, "These are the socks you've been looking for." All the same, so easy to piece together out of the laundry. Nice fit. Good construction so they'll last. They stay up. They're not too long or short. And they're thin, breathable, and comfortable.

Great socks, great price.
I am in the military, and I am required to wear black socks when wearing the service uniform. For anyone who has been in the service, we know the feeling of standard issue black socks. For those who aren't or have never served, imagine dragging fine grit sand paper through cat litter and strapping those to your feet. Not very comfortable, especially after a long day of work. In my quest for comfortable work socks, I stumbled upon these beauties. I have worn Dockers pants before, and they were quite comfortable, so I thought I would give the socks a chance as well. I am so glad I did! These are by far the best dress socks I have ever worn. They are thick, but no to the point where it feels like you skinned a sea lion to wear as shoes. I even have some pricey dress socks ($25 a pair), yet prefer these any day. If you are looking for comfortable dress socks that won't cost an arm and a leg, look no further.

Comfortable. Well made. Good Fit. Right price. All same Color
These are comfortable well made socks. Good for dress or casual use. They have the added advantage of not being multiple color and reducing the sorting and matching game from the laundry basket. They are not super thin, nor are they thick. Just right. They are more comfortable than my prior socks and are priced at about half of some other more hyped up name brand socks with dubious higher quality. I wear a 9 1/2 shoe and they fit well although they do not stretch on my foot semi-tight like others.

The better dress sock?
I bought these black socks in early August of 2015 and at the same time bought the Sakkas Men's Cotton Blend Ribbed Dress Socks Value 6-Pack because I needed some black dress socks and both had fairly good reviews. My shoe size is a 9D and I like dress socks that are more on the thin and breathable side as opposed to thick and wooly type. I also like them to be no longer than mid calf. I typically wear these socks with suit and tie or business casual attire. One reviewer of the Sakkas had said they were the best socks he had ever worn and that is what prompted me to test them out. Another reviewer had complained about the Docker's emblem on the bottom of these socks.I have now had the opportunity to wear both the Sakkas and the Dockers and compare them to my old stand by's , which are Gold Toe dress socks and for me the Dockers are the clear winners. I actually like the Docker's emblem as it makes them easier to pair after washing and the the Dockers are much better made than the Sakkas. Both are very comfortable however the Docker stay on the calf during the whole day which is quite remarkable for most socks. So I would give the nod to the Dockers over the Sakkas and the Gold Toe for the better dress socks based on my requirements as I have explained them.

Excellent !! Great Quality. Good Fit.
Excellent !! Great Quality. Good Fit. These are excellent socks. I have bought many other brands and these are very good. Good material and a good medium weight. These socks have an orange Dockers logo on the sole and orange trim stripe on the band at the calf. Good Fit - I am size 12 wide and they fit great. Not too small. The band at the top of the socks is average tightness and comfortable. If you have socks with band at the calf which is too tight, you cut the band at the top of the socks. Make the cut at the back of the sock at the calf, where no one will see it. Good to go!

I like these socks
When I opened the box and held these socks in my hand I immediately thought back to an awkward sexual encounter that I had in the summer of 1990.But you probably want to know what I think of these socks. Well, I’m here to tell you that these socks deliver nothing more and nothing less than a totally normal, average, and expected sock-wearing experience. In other words: they’re superb! Just the sort of sock I was hoping for when I woke up this morning and munched on a piece of rye toast.Just this morning as I was getting dressed, I slipped on a pair of these socks and thought to myself “I have a meeting today at 10:30” which is a HUGE compliment because what this signifies is that I was not thinking about my socks! They were just on my feet causing NO DISTRACTION whatsoever. Kapish?Fellas: I know what you’re going to ask me next: Do these socks work well as sock puppets? The answer is: I don’t know. I didn’t make a sock puppet out of these. Jeez!In closing I would simply say there are choices to made in life, and which socks you buy is something that you should not be spending a lot of time contemplating. Peace be with you.

Great socks.
These socks are exactly what I was looking for, they do not come up too far on my leg but they come up far enough so you cannot see my shin when my pants pull from me siting down. They are also tight which I like as well, I cannot stand loose floppy socks that shift when walking. The material is also quite nice, and they feel like they will last at least at least a year which is great as well. I would certainly recommend these socks to anyone looking for some lower priced but good quality socks.
