Helen’s Asian Kitchen Steamer Parchment Liners, For Bamboo or Metal Steamers and Air Fryers, 20 Count

These 9.5-inch steamer liners are too big for the 10-inch bamboo steamer I bought *from the same manufacturer* (Helen Chen's Asian Kitchen). I don't know how or why the manufacture screwed up the sizes, but here we are. And strangely, as another reviewer has mentioned, when you turn the bamboo steamer upside down, the steamer liners fit perfectly. Did Helen Chen's Asian Kitchen get something reversed by accident? Maybe its cruel but hilarious inside joke ("Hahaha, let's see how many people we can get to to use their steamers upside down with these liners!")?So I'm left with a tough decision. When my liners are finished, do I buy these wrongly sized liners again, seek another brand, or waste my time making my own out of parchment paper?Alas, pro tip: You can re-use these two or three times, depending on what you've steamed. Since these liners don't fit, you might as well maximize your well-earned money.

The lining works well however, it will be a better product if it was reusable.

I bought the steamer of the same brand name and these don’t fit in it. If you flip the steamer upside down, they work perfectly (and the steamer still works just fine.

These work quite well for keeping your bamboo steamer clean (which is absolutely necessary if you want to keep it functional for a long time and if you don't' painstakingly clean it carefully after each use). If there is any particulate of food left for mould or bacteria to grow on, you're going to have a bad time.That said, using one of these liners definitely increases the time necessary to steam your veg. I recommend adding 15%-20% steam time overall when using these, compared with when not using them.

Love these! If you have a 10” steamer these are the liners you need! They are 9.5” so fit perfectly inside, whereas the bigger 10” liners tend to be slightly too big. I have ordered these multiple times and willnot change brands!

I don't know how they functioned in the steamer. I did not use the product.

These fit and work well for 12" bamboo steamers - not a common size to find in stores. I use them when steaming larger quantities of Dim Sum made at home. I think they could use more holes, but easy enough to poke more myself.

Greatest thing since Chinese tea. I have always fought to try and keep my dumplings form sticking to the bamboo steamer, but since I purchased these meals have been a snap. I made one big mistake when I got them, I cut them all down to fit the inside of my 8" steamer and it was not a great idea. Just use them as they arrive. I am buying a second pack today and will not steam with out them now.

These fit inside the traditional bamboo steamers, as well as fit quite well into my circular electric steamer(just an inch smaller than the inset rack). Using this paper prevents the dumplings from sticking to the pot. There are tiny holes to enable steam to get everywhere. I also find the papers useful when steaming vegetables or fish, and again it wont stick, but also you will not lose and smaller bits that may fall off, by removing the food within the paper when cooked through.Using these each time you steam can get expensive, so use wisely.

You know what I hate? Having to cut circles in parchment paper. I mean how annoying is it to trim the corners of the square paper? It's like people never realized that circles are representative of the wheel, and that wheels are what makes the world go round.. (the world is also round). This product is revolutionary and amazing, and I applaud whoever decided to invent it.But in all honesty, it's convenient parchment paper. Amazon shouldn't even ask me to write a review, but it did, so I did.

Love it!...easier to clean my steamer, should of known this product before

I think they are too expensive for what you get. However, to make them last a lot longer, I use them over and over again about 10 times before I might use another.
