The media could not be loaded. Super quiet and has been just what I needed for controlling humidity in our small house. I have had no issues and bought it in May of 2023...so it is now going into our third season of use for high humidity late spring and summer months for Georgia. I put the drain hose on and lifted my window about three inches and put a plastic vinyl blind piece across the bottom of the window and closed it to close the 3" space and drilled a small hole to accomodate running the hose outside so I wouldnt have to empty the small water accumulation bin on the dehumidifier. The water drips into a small water fountain pond just outside that window so I dont have to fill up that little pond. Two birds with one stone :) The filter is easy to clean..love this dehumidifier!

The media could not be loaded. * It WORKS, just be patient! If your humidity is high, it is likely that the walls, floors, books, cabinets, drywall, etc. are full of excess moister. As this unit dries the air that moister will leach out into the air until everything reaches a balance.* Super quiet (We only use it on the low fan speed, dehumidify). My wife who is sensitive to ambient noise does not even notice it. The amount of noise that comes across in the video is not accurate - phone microphone is very strong. It is about as loud as a small office style refrigerator (compressor noise) if it had a small table fan sitting on it.* Easy straightforward controls (See video), and is simple to empty. Even my 7-year-old can use it.* No noticeable change in our power bill - see below for details of use.* Very compact and lightweight for what it is, easy to move if necessary - I have back problems but can manage this thing.* Best range of settings, options, and cubic foot rating I could find in this size and price point.* Easy to connect continuous drain (Many dehumidifiers have awkward to access drain ports) and cord storage on back of unit.We had been having random issues with mold in our house for the last few years but could not pin down a definite cause. Then on a hunch I ordered a couple hygrometers a several months ago and discovered we were sitting close to 70% humidity, so I started looking into dehumidifiers. Having worked in contracting for over 20 years (mostly plumbing) I have been around a lot of drying equipment, and "knew" that quiet meant not doing enough to solve a moister problem. But we live in a 1000sq foot house, and homeschool, so loud was not an option. Against my "better judgement" and experience I purchased this unit, hoping that it would at least stop the humidity from going any higher while I worked on other solutions. And then I was absolutely blown away by the capability of this little unit. I set it up on the quietest dehumidifier function and went to bed, figuring I would have to empty the 2-quart container in a day or so, but when I woke up it was already full. We proceeded to run it 24/7 for 6 weeks, emptying about 2-1/2 times a day, and it got the humidity down to the upper 40s. It now turns itself on and off as necessary and we empty it every few days. Already considering buying another, just in case supply lines go down again. I ran the other functions to make sure everything worked but have not needed them for anything so cannot speak to their performance. Also, my house layout does not allow for easy use of the continuous drain, but the connections on the unit make it super easy if your space allows for it.

I bought my unit May 22 2023 and it after setup ran well with no issues until late April 2025 when the compressor failed - fan ran but no dehumidifying. Contacted the vendor and then responded to questions and provided a video as well as my 2023 receipt. They then honored the two year warranty with a replacement arriving within five days of my response. So customer service was great and very responsive! A five for customer support. The four is for the performance that was great until the failure last month. The unit when running is very quiet and is efficient for my crawl space of about 1500 sq feet and 4 feet high.

This dehumidifier is the best one I’ve ever owned. Love it so much.

Ive had this unit for two years. When it works it’s great but I’ve had 3 occasions where the shut off didn’t work and water was all over the floor. This third time was the last. Water was everywhere. I have two other dehumidifier different styles from this company for my closet and camper with no issues. This particular one has been a poor purchase.

I bought two of these units a few months apart from one another. I typically only use them seasonally, a few months out of the year. About two years after purchasing, when I went to turn one on, one of the devices was non-responsive. I searched for manuals online to find troubleshooting guides and started reading the reviews to see if others have dealt with the same issue and noticed many people were expressing frustration with device challenges and support not particularly helpful. But I took a chance anyway and reached out for support. They were typically responsive, within 24 hours or less. I did have to jump through a few hoops, but none of them were unreasonable. And they came through, they provided an entire replacement device, and I received it quite promptly. I wanted to ensure people knew I had a very positive customer service experience with them. This seems to be different than what I had but in other reviews here and I didn't want my positive story to go unheard. Admittedly, I did have a product that needed support and that's not always fun but they did stand behind it and took care of it.
