So glad I got these to ease the anxiety I had about fluid loss. The color key was hard to read but thankfully I my husband works in the medical field and could translate. Good way to monitor at home, tons of test strips in each container

I was very satisfied with this product. I use a pair of hemostats to hold a piece of the strip. When I’m done I rinse, dry and put a new strip on the clip for the next day. I also purchased a brand that was individual strips on a plastic stick and another that was like a match book style. Neither of those recent 2 worked as well as the Hydrion. Hopefully this batch will be as good as it was before.

The litmus paper works well enough for an accuracy of one order of magnitude and the colors resulting from use are very good matches to the colored indicator label within the plastic holder. You need to protect it very strongly from humidity or your readings will be messed up. I like to photograph the used litmus paper against the colored indicator label for a second data record (the first being the actual pH value written into a notebook); however, the plastic container is so reflective that if you use it in a dark enough location that your camera will trigger a flash, the flash will reflect off the container and wash out the color image unless you are careful about angle of attack - very, very careful.

Simple and accurate enough for what it is. I test the accuracy by comparing readings on vinegar vs lemon juice because those are alreasy well established online. These showed they were both about right color wise. Remember to check them right away after getting wet. If you need exact readings then get an expensive meter. For creating a pickle for animal hides it worked great. I successfully preserved a few small game furs in a pickle using this to monitor the PH.

Super easy to use and.. found out my garden is getting basic water. Explains why everything is stunted!

This ph paper is defective. The paper is a light green color and I have always received paper that is orange in color. When I use it, it shows nothing but a green color for everything. I would not recommend this paper. You get what you pay for.
