great product
works great, good price compared to other modles. WARNING do not buy the other of brand gel ammo on amazon it does not work as well as the on brand stuff. ads of them saying that they can go threw cardboard is strait crap. but it hurts to the point where you can fell it and it is fun. does have great accuracy i can hit trees from 60 feet out easy. easy to use. will not jam. is safe (wear glasses)

How is this not more popular? Perfect example of wishing something existed when I was younger.
I am an adult but purchased this obvious child's toy for a pedestrian use (more on that in a minute). I read what it was, understood the concept and was still surprised when I saw it in person.HOW IS THIS NOT MORE POPULAR? Water gun fights are never going to go away. This takes it to new level. Little soft mini jelly belly looking pellets that shoot very far but go poof and leave nothing. I mean they go far (like 100 ft). Auto fire many at a time or pop one at a time. Completely fun loading/re-loading with different colors and option for glow in dark. Shot bunch at point blank to hand or leg and crazy how there is no discomfort and the super tiny water baloon like pelets just go poof into almost dust. Why did I buy a child toy? No I am not ambushing the neighbor kids... it works great for pest control. Way too many rabbits, squirrels, wood peckers and other super intrusive unwanted pests diging up lawn or damaging house. And most are almost unphased by a person approaching or just scatter far enough to wait until presence is gone and come right back.I have tried many options for more permanent deterrance without risk of arrest. In my Bill Murray Caddyshack grounds keeper journey the best option seemed to be complex set of smart cameras triggering sprinkler, lights or siren... all of which are large work for little outcome. What does seem to work really well (and is WAY more fun) is annoying little pellets launched from 100ft away directionally to guide escape route. Literally 2 maybe 3 times the pests move on. Also great for birds hanging out just out of reach until you leave so they can remove grass seed or dig holes. (Who knew birds dig so many holes). 100ft reaches top of trees and power lines. 100ft also reaches woodpeckers knocking holes in 2nd story of house.I look forward to paying for additional ammo because it has become so fun taking back my house and yard and having the prospect of a year without 3-4 weekends of woodpecker hole fixing, or weeks of yard work dealing with lost grass seed, repairing dug up areas... etc.I honestly can't believe there isn't a YouTube channel dedicated to stalking intrusive pests, annoying family pets or harassing kids with this stupidly cartoonish yet supremely fun water pellet blaster toy. This is now my Red Ryder and better than waiting for Santa I just had old St. Amazon drop it off next day. (Props if you get the reference). If you are buying this for a child... buy two so you don't have to keep them from having fun when you realize you want to keep using it.Great unexpected A+ total buy!

horroundes broke out the box
**Gel Blaster surge the impossible charadeI eagerly awaited the arrival of my Gel Blaster Surge, imagining epic battles and adrenaline-fueled shootouts. However, what I received was a tragic comedy wrapped in plastic and deceit. Upon unboxing, I meticulously followed the instructions, loading up those gel balls with hopeful anticipation. I pulled the trigger, expecting a surge of gel-ball fury. And what did I get? Nothing but a feeble whimper and an urge to toss the damn thing into a fiery pit.**Ajelfhka!** It was like trying to awaken a sloth from a century-long slumber. This imposter of a gel blaster refused to shoot a single gel ball with any semblance of power or accuracy. It mocked me, much like a snide trickster, poking fun at my constipated state by demonstrating its own impotence. **Ajelfhka!**Customer service was equally infuriating. Instead of genuine assistance, I was met with scripted responses that were as useful as a screen door on a submarine. **Ajelfhka!** It was like conversing with an AI programmed by a mischievous robot poop lord, intent on tormenting its victims for sport. **Ajelfhka!**In conclusion, if you relish the idea of wasting your hard-earned cash on a gel blaster that couldn't hit the broad side of a barn, then the Gel Blaster Surge is your ticket to disappointment and ridicule. This imposter has no place among real gel blasters; it's a charlatan, a pretender, and deserves to be exposed for the fraud it is. As for me, I'll be sending it back with a scathing review and a reminder that in the realm of gel blasting, this sorry excuse for a toy will forever remain an imposter. **Ajelfhka!**

Good results, but only with fresh Gell Balls
I read some mixed reviews where some say the gun worked great out of the boxand others had a terrible experience thinking the gun was immediately not functioning. In my case, the hopper/jar that comes with the jelly balls pre-hydrated must have been sitting on a warehouse shelf for a long time. The jelly balls seemed to have begun to disintegrate while in storage in the jar. it makes sense, that is what the jelly balls are supposed to do after they are fired, so that you are not polluting the environment with plastic balls. However, if the jelly balls in your hopper/jar don’t appear to be nice smooth round BB like pellets, just pour the mush out of the jar and start fresh with an amount of new dehydrated jelly balls that come in the package.i filled a cup half full of water and poured a few dozen of the mini pellets in the water, waited a few hours and now in the cup were perfect ready to use Gell Balls.Trying to fire the gun with the mushy gell on the hoper/jar didn’t do anything but make me think the toy was broken.Immediately after filling the hopper/jar with fresh Gell Balls, the freshly charged toy began to fire nicely and the good time were on !!
