Does not dissolve, must stir it before each sip, it sits at the bottom of the cup, undrinkable.
I bought two different types of mushroom by Om while back. It did not dissolve not matter how much I stirred it it would end up at the bottom of the cup. Basically I had to stir it before each sip and tried to drink it quickly before it could go to the bottom of the cup again. My friend and I ended up throwing it away. As for the taste, tasteless. I would not recommend this brand. It seems that they have changed the color of the bags on their 100gm size.

Allergic Reaction...
I actually had a full-body allergic reaction to this product (including itching, redness, hives, etc.). And that surprised me, because I'd previously used Lion's Mane products from other companies (e.g., Four Sigmatic, Naturealm, etc.) without any problem, so whatever the difference is here, it definitely didn't work for me.
