Mushrooms: Over 70 Recipes Which Celebrate Mushrooms

Cooking with and knowing about mushrooms is an art. This book was really good for me because it re-introduce me to mushrooms in a whole new way. It's really gourmet-like cooking, in the sense that the recipes look nice on the plate, but without the complexity of gourmet cooking. The author did a great job delivering value, but made easy for us all. The book is full of pictures and the recipes are well-written. Every time I go to the supermarket, I look at mushrooms in a whole new way now.

A lovely book but I'll find it difficult to buy the different mushrooms, so might have to swap them.
