And ruined my drywall!. *by K***W on June 7, 2024* Saw this in a Tik Tok and seemed like a really great product. First off they are made of a VERY cheap looking plastic. (Which I could maybe let slide of it had worked) Against my better judgement in how bad the product looked, I put it up anyway. There were no instructions included, but it is pretty self explanatory for anyone who has passed the third grade. Using the adhesive option. I placed all four over two windows and put up my very basic linen curtains and rod. 10 minutes after being put up, one side simply fell over the wall. And then the other curtain rod set had the same issue. So two curtain rods, four clasps and two left actually stuck to the wall. These curtain rods are pretty basic and lightweight so I find it hard to believe it would not hold it. When I could see that the adhesive was subpar, I decided to completely remove. Well, here is where things went completely sideways. When trying to remove the other clamp, remember the opposite side fell on its own volition, it pulled the entire sheet rock off. And when I attempted to do the same with the other rod, it started to do the same. So I won’t be removing that until we can figure out how to not pull the sheet rock completely off. So moral of the story..if you want to hang a curtain rod and only have one of the clasps actually attach to the wall, then this is your product. Otherwise don’t waste your time or money. (And potentially damage to your walls!)
