As Described, Great Communication
When I couldn't find the package, vendor helped me find it. It's part of a birthday present for my daughter and I wanted to assemble it just in time.Secondly, it's easy to put together. Looks great. Is well packaged. It's so fun to use, I might buy another one for myself lol! (please forgive the mess, we're still shuffling furniture around on a busy schedule)The cushion is firm but soft. My daughter can sit crisscross on it. Quality feels like it could last a good while. (will update in a year or so)

Does what it supposed too.
It's not a true yellow, but it's comfy for a day chained to my desk. It gives good support and it's got a nice e vintage vibe.

Incredibly comfortable fabric
Pro tip, splurge for the wider one, so you can snuggle into it better. We have one of each and I like the wider one better. But, both feel like you're sitting on a stuffed animal.

Easy to put together
The chair is very wobbly & it feels like the seat is slanting down a bit and I feel like I'm falling off the chair. Very uncomfortable & wish I could return for a refund.

UPDATED-Wrong pieces
UPDATE: Seller shipped the correct piece to me. immediately . It took a long time to arrive but it was worth the wait! The chair is so beautiful and comfortable!!! I absolutely love it!!!!Item came with two of the same armrests. I can’t put the chair together, unless I have a left side and a right armrest. It’s like buying a pair of shoes only to have them show up with two left feet :(

Nice chair for the price.
I’m using the chair for a normal desk situation. Fairly easy to get assembled.

The seat is not great
This chair is great except that the part you actually sit on is hard and starts to feel worse the longer you sit on it.Easy fix would be to put a cushion on it right? No, because if you put a cushion on it and sit down, it raises your body up just enough to make the lumbar support in the back of the chair, be pushing up against you in the wrong place and there is no way to adjust the back of the chair.The rest of the chair is great, very comfortable and I love that you can flip the arm rests out of the way when you need to but that seat becomes torture even 1 hour into sitting in it. If the lumbar support in the back of the chair was adjustable or even not there at all, you could get away with just sitting on a cushion but the cushion just makes the lumbar support push against your back in the exact wrong place and an irritating position.
