Excellent replacement sending unit for a job on my boat I never want to do again.
I had a sending unit on my boat’s starboard fuel tank go bad. This was the recommended replacement from another owner of the same model boat. I replaced the senders on both tanks, I figured they are like shoes if one is wore out the other one isn’t far behind. The installation was a pain in the ass but the gauges are working as designed.

Underwhelming to say the least
The first one of these i had broke after not using it for 2 months. it was out of the return period. The second one I got looked like it had been chewed by a dog straight out of the packaging. Going to order a different brand.

1 out of 2 actually works
I have two of these in my camper van. The first one has worked great in my water tank (16" I think) but the second one is no good. It's a 7.5" in a fuel cell for diesel, and it works fine when bench testing but when installed it pegs at full and never moves. Tested the resistance between the wires to be sure it was hooked up correctly and the unit is showing 33 ohms (full), when there is more like 1/4 to 1/2 a tank. I've removed it once already to confirm that it still works outside the tank, but there must be an issue with the float sticking at full when installed.

Accurate and reliable
I installed this along with the matching 100TECH fuel gauge in a home built experimental airplane. So far, it's been totally accurate and reliable. Well worth the money and I would definitely buy again.
