Unflavored Gelatin - 1 lb

I used this Knox unflavored gelatin to make bird food cakes, and it worked beautifully! It dissolves easily, sets firmly, and holds everything together without any issues. The 1 lb container is a great value and lasts a long time. Perfect for anyone making homemade suet cakes or seed molds for wild birds. Highly recommend for crafters and backyard bird lovers!

Much better than purchasing the little boxes of 4 packets each from the grocery store.

I bought this to make home-made, stevia-sweetened gelatin. I use Tazo herbal teas in place of juice, pure stevia, and Knox gelatin. It turns out very well, and you get to control what you are consuming!

Like gelatin this is a cheap way to get and use it.

Last April after online research, speaking with doctors (little real help) decided to buy a pound of Knox’s powdered product.Had to stop running a year before at 75 due to knee pain. Tried Platelet Rich Plasma Injections which failed.Knee replacement surgery was all that was left but that cuts the ACL, not good for a runner!For me, after 3-4 weeks of taking a Tb of Knox every day in coffee or soup, all knee pain ended.I could not get up from a chair, put on shoes or only touch my knee on the ground slowly with pillows to do the oil in my car! All the painful symptoms gone as I slowly tried things out!I had been able to hike throughout despite some discomfort using knee bands. Last July, on a hike, tentatively tried some very light running and no pain! Saw my sports med doc who used a fluoroscope to look at knee. He saw no change but after demonstrating some pain free movements, he agreed something was fixed! I have now been running more and more still wearing knee bands in case of a fall and to keep the joints soft tissue in place. Previous MRI of knee showed many tears to meniscus and behind Knee patella.The Knox brand product may not work for everyone but it definitely fixed me! What prompted this review was seeing ad’s for fancy looking products at exorbitant prices for basically the same thing!Knox has been around for a long long time and does a great service by keeping prices affordable.
