I love making "sopa de fideo"... This product is good quality and tasty. Coiled fideo is almost nonexistent in stores now. I am happy to find it here on Amazon. I only wish it was consistent in the thickness of the pasta. I prefer the thicker coil which I have received a couple of times and I have also received a thinner coiled fideo a couple if times. The package or description on Amazon does not specify thick or thin. Is there a way to just buy the thicker coiled fideo? I recommend this product. The price is doable for the quantity of 3 packages per order. If it were to get more expensive......

Best Coiled Pasta!

This is great soup pasta. You can either drop the whole nest into the soup or break it up. I love the thinness and texture. I’m so glad I found this on Amazon.
