Minimalistic sleek design
Lot of cycle paths local to me, always having to call ahead politely due to high usage but felt a bit ridicules with a bell on my high spec bike. Pleasantly surprised by compact discrete design that is hardly noticeable and certainly doesn't look like a bell. Also very impressed with the loudness for such a small design, so I've ordered 2 more!

Hammer Arm dislocated after single use
Bought for colour, design and simplicity,Positive: Easy to Fit (2 minutes), Clear tone of bell 80% to 90% as loud as conventional bellNegative: Hammer Arm dislocated after single use, as you can see from the photograph no breakage, the arm hammer simply disappeared on the second occasion I had to used it, I was left hurtling downhill and shouting 'ding' to people because the hammer was missing. Conclusion: This is the bell for you if noise irritates you and you only want to use it once. A triumph of design over practicality, flimsy weak mechanics.Value for Money: Well there isn't a 'No Star'rating! A bell that is not really worth the effort, Hugely disappointed.

Great for the price.
Very easy to install and has a nice loud "ding" to it. Looks smart and isn't an eyesore like the standard shape bells. Hammer seems a little flimsy so not sure how long it'll last. Can't go wrong for the price though.

Installed in seconds, securely fixed on the handlebar, good to notify pedestrians of your presence
The media could not be loaded. So far so good ! The bell is easy to install, there is a small screw so you need a screwdriver at home to fix it on your bike. I was not sure about the diameter of my handlebar but it seems to fit perfectly. I don't know about the bell sound level but it seems high enough for pedestrians to hear me. I would not say that car drivers would hear me though but I don't think that is the purpose of a bike bell.

Love the concept but needs a few tweaks.
Couldn't bring myself to have a bell until seeing this design. Great concept, lovely sound and fits the aesthetic of my bike very well. The gold colour is more akin to a champagne, rose gold, slight cooper tone but this is ideal for me as I have cooper accents elsewhere on my lil whip. The bell is fairly easy to install but could benefit from being a larger diameter as it doesn't make all the way round my handle bars which are by no means anywhere near chunky. Because of this the fixing bolt cannot be fitted and the bell slips out of position through riding vibration and use of the bell lever. I've attempted to hack this by adding a twist tie as a meager means of getting a firmer grasp of the bar. Not ideal but working so far.The lever of the bell also has a habit of dislodging during use rendering the bell lifeless until you realign it into its proper seat. Again not ideal if you're approaching a walking group, whilst scrambling to fix your bell. The final issue with the bell is that the resonant metal top piece also falls out of alignment, touching the bracket, also rendering the bell mute. It only takes a little jostling of its springs to get it suspended for the bracket again but man, these three issues in conjunction leave you a little afraid to actually use the bell for fear of knocking it out of order again. That all said, I've enjoyed the joys of alerting path blocking pedestrians who might otherwise have feigned ignorance of your presence looming behind them.

Just as loud as my Lezyn Classic at a 1/3 of the price.
The media could not be loaded. Fitted the bell in less than 2 minutes. I didn't even take the grip off to slide it on, I just popped it on. I'm surprised how loud it is. Nice product. Short term review as I've only had it a day.(Long-term edit: It don't ding like it used to. Something's stopping its resonance -- probably its built-to-a-price cack design, like most things nowadays. Why are we sharting all over the planet with tosh like this?)

Quietest bell ever.....and dont be tempted to ding the dinger with any great vigour!
I thought this was going to be the loudest bell ever.....until I fitted it and road tested it. In fairness, it looks good and I found it easy to fit. However - coming up behind people and dinging the bell made no impact. So I tried to ding it with a bit more vigour, and the thumb strike fell off on the road. So I had to stop the bike and go back and retrieve it. Its happened again since, so now I'm fearful of doing anything other than giving it the most gentle of dings which of course is useless. So, I'm now back in the market for a new bell and this one will be leaving the gracious handlebars of my bike very soon.

Not very durable - bought it twice and both times it broke...
The bell is not very durable. I bought this bell and it was going well until one day I noticed the metal bit that rings had somehow broken off... I thought it must of been knocked hard by something. So I bought the exact same bell again and it broke on the first day, I was just reaching over to turn my light on as I was riding and my hand gently brushed the bell and the same metal bit came flying off. I tried to fix it back on but a spring was missing. I would not recommend this bell if you are a serious rider always riding your bike as chances are it will break....
