I was able to install it myself, it doesn't leak, it works fine, I think my hair is not as rusty, but time will tell. The part that screws on to hold the shower head into the wall could be a little heaftier and could pivot so that I could turn it left, right, up or down, currently it sprays at a 45 *-ish angle, which is not ideal. (Like with a sphere shaped connector). I'd have paid extra for that. All in all, after a few weeks of use, it's worth what I paid, if it filters and holds up, I will be happy for sure.

Thank you for just about exactly what I was looking for! A nice design, with included crystals for softening the water, which has helped my skin. And the metal cord attached to shower head is soft and flexible, the FIRST one I"ve ever seen that doesn't stick out like a bullet in my back as showering like every other one, even those with Water Pik! Two drawbacks, I wish it would have come with a adjustable water off turnkey or button to save on hot water in my apartment. They give us a 30-gallon tank in a one bedroom and have to watch usage or not enough hot water for a d ecent relaxing shower. THe only other thing that bothers me is the option for full force shower head option. The holes are so small that when you use that selection, mine felt like pin pricks of water, so won't be using it full force. Manufacturer should check that design aspect. But overall a great product that works well.

I love this shower head, it has soft water with high pressure, different modes. This is by far the best shower heads I bought. The only reason I’m giving 4 star because the shower head adopter was not the right size, I had to use an old one from different shower head.

I have hard water in my home and you can tell by feeling how your hands feel after washing them. Now think of that feeling all over your body after a shower. NOT PLEASANT. I bought this shower head with the beads to help purify the water for our showers, and not have a tight skin feeling. At first I thought it might not work, but I was wrong. It helped! I also chose this shower head for it’s larger size and different levels that you can switch through using a small switch on the side. Inside the box you also get extra beads for when the current beads disintegrate. This has been a really good shower head so far, I’m happy with it!

Wow, I don't normally take the time to write a review but this product deserved it.I was looking for a new shower head for three reasons. I needed something that could rinse the shower easier after cleaning it, something that had more range when it came to the direction of the water and I was crossing my fingers that I could find something to help with the hard water at my house. This one checked all three boxes as soon as I used it the first time!Its removable, tilts perfectly so the water can come straight down (small corner shower) and I was SO shocked how big a difference it made with the hard water in my house. Before I got this shower head my hair became so tangled after a shower due to the hard water that it would easily take 15 minutes to brush it out. It was frustrating and my hair felt dry and almost straw like. The skin on my face also felt tight after a shower.I've used this shower head twice now and both times the brush ran through my hair no problem. I brushed it out in 2-3 minutes with almost no knots at all. Also, my skin was noticeably softer afterwards. Actually, I could tell it felt different even while in the shower. ** Note: The hard water was not at the point that it was discolouring the shower to give you a guide on severity.I'm very pleased with this shower head and would absolutely buy it again. I've already recommended it to a friend.
