This is a good product. It helps keeping my system flowing. Like that it's unflavored so I can addbit to juice of my choice. Does make you calm and relaxed, but have not found it to be addictive.

This is a product that is worth more than 5 stars in my opinion. I have been taking this for a week and noticed a difference immediately. I am not saying everyone will get that reaction but I will say, it may be worth a try. REVIEW: (This is not medical advice, I am only speaking from my experience) I am someone that has struggled for many years with a sleeping disorder and for a while I was taking expensive medication that cost around $900 month. I could not continue to keep taking the medication so I needed something else to help me. So a doctor recommended I start taking magnesium glycinate(There are many forms so ensure you are doing your research). He also said it was perfectly fine for me to stop taking the medication and he felt the magnesium would do wonders for me if i wanted to go the natural route. After a few months of taking a different brand, I never noticed a major difference. So I finished that brand and tried another brand. That one was ok but not worth buying again. Part of my problem is I can’t swallow pills so I am always searching for a powder form. There has been many trials and errors but I continued to search because my doctor says It brings major benefits to the body. Recently during my research, Kal brand came across my screen a few times. Also the reviews of others saying how great it was for them so I decided to give it a try. Im sooo glad I did. My sleep has been so deep. Every morning I wake up, I feel rested where as before, I never felt I had good quality sleep. I started off with the recommended dosage but that was a little too heavy for me so I started with half of the recommended dosage and it has been doing wonders. My husband even notices how deep I sleep at night now. PRICE: Now a days all vitamins are expensive so it can be challenging trying to keep up with the up keep of vitamins but this is one I have no problem paying for every month. In all honesty, I probably wont need to purchase this every month since I plan to only use half the recommended dosage. QUALITY: It seems to be great quality. It mix well with liquid so thats a great sign. Most of the other brands I use, was full of fillers and never mixed well with water. TASTE: It take like sparkling water with a hit of lemon.

I have bought this KAL-TRI MAG for a couple of years at least. This brand and blend works best for me. I have never had any issues with the brand, or product, or seller. I rate this a quality product in every way. Of course we are all different when it comes to supplements, but for me this one is best. I also use Kal Tri Zinc which is my favorite as well. I sleep better with this Kal Tri Mag. Citrate, Malate & Oxide blend. For the record I am not commenting for any promotional purposes in any way. If necessary check with your doctor about the tri-blend.

Not unpleasant but it is noticeably sour due to citric acid. I’m no chemist but I think the ratio could be adjusted. I was planning on drinking this in nightly tea but the only way to cover the taste of the citric acid is to add sweetener. So just be aware if that’s something you were trying to avoid. I I’d assume the flavor would be best masked in a fruit smoothie or yogurt/kefir.

Does not dissolve well. Came with a cracked lid and most of the powder is stuck together in a solid block in the bottom of the container where you have to scrape it off to get a serving.

Doesn't really mix into liquid and has a slightly sweet taste. Other than that, no complaints.
