According to all the charts I should fit in a Medium. When I received the product there is no way it was a medium (although tag says M). The waist straps barely go around my stomach (velcro barely grabbing) and the shoulder straps attachs on the side of the velcro.For a better fit, when ordering I suggest ordering one size up.I contacted customer support about it being too tight and they replied quickly and were very helpful.I would have given it a 5 star review, but find the product doesn’t exactly look like the ones they show in the images. The images make it look like a full back support brace, I find it smaller than the images indicate. It still works as its suppose to though.

Top notch customer service & the product is excellent. I have been wearing the support for 2 days & for sure, helped my back. The size chart is a little less accurate - best to order one size larger for good fit & support.

I purchased this product last week. The size was a level down for me so I contacted customer service and they replaced at no cost. I absolutely love this back brace, I find it stays in place even while working out and is comfortable. I definitely recommend this and again, top notch customer service.

The item does provide full back support and helps with posture. I found that purchasing one size up works better if you are in between sizes. Excellent product and customer service.
