Definitely a huge help for adrenal fatigue. I will have to disagree with the majority of reviews I see on here talking about bad taste and say I quite like it. It’s just salty with maybe a hint of some citrus. My one disappointment would be the cost— it’s a quite pricey.

The capsules are LARGE but the vitamin C is bio-available, so well worth buying!

I got this to help my body and it was recommended to me by my hormonal doc at the time. I got it and it was SALTY too salty for me.

I have POTS and have a hard time staying hydrated. This is the simplest and cleanest electrolyte type formula that I have found and it has made SUCH a huge difference in my life. I add one scoop for about 30 ounces of water and do that 2-3 times a day. Before that I was drinking soooooo much water (and effectively just washing out all the minerals in my body). My only complaint is that occasionally the shipping gets super long. This last time it was a month and a half. I do occasionally order from the actual jigsaw website, but shipping is usually $10+. I have ordered this over 30 times.

I had high hope about this product after reading and hearing great things about it for adrenal health. It is my first time having it today at noon. I Instantly felt ill after drinking it in 16oz of water and squeezed 2 oranges juice to mix it for better taste. It's 3 hours later and I have had loose bowel moment, dizzy spells, fainting feeling, and on and off heart palpitations and nausea. I been checking my blood pressure at home and it's okay but I don't feel okay. Trying to flush it out of my system by drinking more water. Just sitting down until it gets better. Contemplating on a ER visit if it doesn't get better soon. If you try this, I suggest start slow just incase it's too much for you. It's really unfortunate that I cannot return this order for these serious reasons.

I will never Not have these now that I’ve tried them. I suddenly have energy throughout the day - I sleep better at night and wake up feeling more awake. I feel much more balanced. When I reordered they came in capsules, which I understand because the taste of the powder was terrible, but I miss the powder because I loved mixing it with orange juice. I still take the capsules with OJ but the energy levels don’t feel as high. Wondering if the measurement is off now that they’re in capsules? Hoping they bring the powder form back.
