I had several symptoms of certain nutrient deficiency, the first being inflammation, and this B12 was recommended. It has been a couple month's since I started taking it and it's helped me to not have mouth pain. These are very easy to dissolve under the tongue and they taste like sugar. This price is extremely good for high quality vitamins. I am excited to recommend this brand.

I think this product is over priced considering the pill diameter size. It does quickly dissolve under tongue and has a strawberry flavor which is nice because cherry flavors are horrible and leave a lingering aftertaste. Thankfully with this product there is no lingering aftertaste or need to grab something to drink afterwards. I would recommend purchasing this product because most out on the market is cherry flavored but its really small in comparison to those cherry flavored ones. I would definitely purchase again if the product truly works for me.

I am loving this form of b12. I take the methyl form too. I think this one might flare headaches if I take too many in one day, but it also seems to give some extra energy.

The product is affordable and works great. We have had no problems with it.

This is a good product. Can't say that it gives noticeable energy, but helps keep labs in good shape. This is also a form of B12 not normally in multivitamins that is a good form combined with methylcobalamin. There is a combined B12 product they make that has both forms together, but for some reason Amazon won't ship it to my address anymore (address has not changed, had it shipped here for years). But you can still order both, just separately. Took off a star because they're changing the size of the pills....bummer. One of the reasons we liked it was because the pills were so small and dissolved so fast. Now the pills are at least quadruple the size even though the bottles still said micro-tablets. Called the manufacturer b/c I thought they put the wrong pills in the bottle. They said the smaller pills were breaking too much so they were making ALL their B12 pills bigger but hadn't updated the bottles yet. None of the pills in my bottles were ever broken, so maybe they were breaking in manufacturing. Anyway, that's a bummer b/c it just means they're adding filler to make the pills bigger, and they take longer to dissolve in your mouth.

I purchased these because the type of B12 is different from others I've taken with no noticeable effect. I take B12 in order to help build up my red blood cell count, which is habitually below normal due to a chemo drug that I take. The other types didn;t do much more than give me expensive urine, soI am skeptical - but neevertheless hopeful - that I've found a type that will work. They are convenient and taste fine. The price is pretty good too.

My doctor recommended the adensylcobalamin over the methylcobalamin form of B12. Will try it for this bottle (90 doses) and see if my B12 levels remain in the normal range. Dissolves easy under the tongue.
