Nice phone. Value for money. But lacks some basic features such as increasing font size etc.

Okay Battery, But Lags Everywhere
With only 2GB of RAM, this device struggles to maintain even basic productivity workflows. Switching between three applications induces performance lag that would have been unacceptable on a Windows 95 machine. The MediaTek processor, while adequate for the most rudimentary telephony functions, cannot deliver the seamless multitasking experience that users today rightfully expect. The build quality is concerning. The plastic chassis lacks the structural integrity one should demand from a modern handheld device. It does not inspire confidence. There remains a significant gap between the Android ecosystem and the optimized hardware-software integration necessary for true mobile productivity. This device exemplifies that gap. For those whose requirements extend beyond occasional voice calls, I cannot recommend this product. There are better-engineered alternatives available, even at this price point.

This phone shouldn't exist on amazon at all. Extremely laggy and buggy.
The phone is extremely laggy. I would suggest no one to buy this phone. Instead pay extra 3k and go for other options. Have been a mi fan for a long tim and i single handedly suggest many mi phones for my friends and family. But now mi is really bad. The phone is buggy. 1.The apps crashes very often 2. YouTube is like hell. Even after 5 months of launch they didn't fix it. I don't think they will fix it as this is a low-cost product. You will only receive 6 months of security update. The security update cycle is over. The mobile can't even handle 3 apps in multi-tasking. The phone restarts whenever you open youtube and the other 2 apps. I have been suffering a lot since the day I bought it. I hope no one suffers as much I suffered. Really broken as a consumer. Not going to suggest any mi phones to any one of my peers. This is injustice to the consumers. Very bad.
