The scarf-like fabric is a nice weight and has a velvet strip on the inside for extra stay and stability. The elasticity in the back is comfortable and was easy to wash on cold and hang dry. It is beautiful, versatile and it is easy to care for.

Update: After Shari Rose reached out to me personally with a link to a YouTube tutorrial for this speciific scarf, I was able to put it up exactly how I wanted and it fits great! New picture below to show. Also just trying it a few times has helped me position it better in the other ways it can be worn. It looks beautiful, I can wear it how I want before my hair grows back out, and I've never had a company beside Amazon itself reach out to me with help... talk about great customer service. Definitely buying more!I was madly in love with my first purchase from Shari Rose last week (on the left) that I bought this one for longer straps. Unfortunately, this new one is determined to fall over my face because it seems so much larger. I tried tightening the straps but still had the same issue. It also feels a bit warmer but not by much. The material is still lovely and the product is well made. Maybe this particular model just doesn't work for my head :-(

Ok so I’ve been meaning to write a review of these Shari Rose head scarves for about 2 weeks now. I am pretty much new to wearing head scarves...it’s not in my religious background or cultural heritage. However, I have always admired them and thought they were lovely on women. Due to a recent bad bleaching incident this felt like the perfect opportunity to try these lovely scarves while my hair grows out and recuperates! Being new to head scarves I didn’t understand the “pre-tied”. I posted a question and it was explained nicely. For anyone else who may not know the pre-ties means it is gathered in the back with elastic fir a snug fit and then the ends are left loose (long or short depending on style) for you to tie as you wish. The first scarf I ordered from Shari Rose was the long version and it is gorgeous, seems to be well made, and I’ve received so many compliments wearing it with the long ends braided as shown in some of the pictures! I loved it so much I bought this short version of the navy/orange cashmere scarf and it has quickly become my go to favorite! The scarves did have a Twitter fancy to slip on my head as the day wore on so then I ordered a velvet headband to wear under them and it completely holds the scarves in place...although part of the Velcro snags my hair...this isn’t a big issue, I’m just careful putting it on and taking it off so I don’t rip out any hair. I am very pleased with the scarves I’ve bought and will likely order more in the future.

This headwear is well made of beautifully patterned, colorful material. The only issue I have it slips a bit during the wearing, so am often pulling it back in place at my ears. I have worn scarves for years & altho' I like this one very much I find it a bit over-priced.

I really love these Boho head coverings! They are a little looser than most chemo beanies but it gives lots of wiggle room without your head feeling constricted. It is so feminine & pretty. The longer ties flow nicely and feel like you have some longer strands of hair. I've recently had my hair cut into a pixie style since my hair is in the thinning out stage due to chemo. It will all be gone soon, but this head covering is a nice transition piece. It's very comfortable, and it adds some color to my face. It's not too loose or too tight. It's just right for me. There's so many different ways you can wear it. It even has a nice shape to it (as if there is hair underneath it). I bought this one from ShariRose after receiving the Pre-Tied Cotton Snood in a fuchsia color (made with a softer cotton fabric). The Boho Chic one isn't as soft as the fuchsia snood, but the material does get softer once you wash it. I'm very happy to have found these. I'll definitely buy more from this seller in the near future.

Beautiful fabric, but very odd fit: fabric pattern doesn't line up well, and it is too bunchy and has to be fiddled with to tuck in extra fabric in back. Def not for chemo patients as it needs a lot of hair to lay right.

The material is sturdy, soft, colorful, and medium weight, however I am returning the three I ordered because they differ from what was shown in the description. In the photo online the colorful pattern is at the top and the solid in the back.

The fabric is luxurious, soft and comfortable! A beautiful covering for a bald head that is now missing its long thick hair!
