Vansky Adjustable Attic Antenna Mount - Outdoor TV Antenna Mounting Pole Universal Mount Brackets - Easy Installation, Solid Structure, Weather Proof (1in Diameter Mount Pipe)

I used the Vansky antenna mount to mount a Comet antenna GP-1 within my attic. It was easy to assemble and easy to install. The two lag bolts provided in the package would have penetrated the 2 X 6 piece of lumber that I used so I purchased 4 shorter lag bolts to mount on to the lumber. This design enabled me to place the antenna in the best possible location in my attic. I needed to adjust the vertical position of the antenna after placing it in my attic and it was easily accomplished by loosening and tightening the two bolts at the base of the pipe. It should be noted that the hardware is in millimeters - the bolt heads are 10 millimeters.

Very easy to assemble; comes with all hardware. Very sturdy as well. There were atleast 10 storms with strong winds- it withstood it all! I use it for my amateur radio antenna! Best fit. Can be put on the shingles if needed but I didnt want to penetrate the roof.

Decent quality - easy to install - does the job - somewhat pricey for a couple pieces of metal.

Used in the attic for an ONN outdoor type antenna. It is working well for that scenario. It appears to be strong enough to handle outdoor installation as well. It was easy to install and included the bolts and other hardware needed. It is adjustable in one direction from the base. It is working very well for us.

Ok, first things first. It was only an inch in diameter, it seemed somewhat cheap and thin and it is not going to hold up for the long term. The mounting bracket on the base is a bit tall. To mount this to the fascia board on a house I had to put the top screw through the drip edge on the roof, not an ideal situation. It works, but I honestly wish I'd just scrounged up an old satellite dish arm instead. It would last forever. I won't buy another one for my next install. Although the mounting bolts were a nice touch, they only included 2 screws for a wood mount install and the top of the mast lacked a rubber or vinyl cover, to keep water from getting inside the pipe and diverting it back towards the mount. I feel like I paid twice what it was worth to be honest.

Works as advertised. Simple construction. Fully adjustable to about any angle. Indoors or out. Mine is outside on edge of roof.

Use to mount a Vansky antenna in my attic. I considered a short piece of PVC pipe but figured this price was hard to beat. It would have cost me nearly as much for the pipe, hardware, and time. Not worth the effort. This product was perfect. Installed easy and is far more sturdy than anything I would have rigged up. Highly recommend.

I ordered this for a very different purpose from mounting an antenna. I attached it to the outside of our screened porch to hold a pole-mounted bird fielder several inches away from the ledge at the bottom of the screen. Works great! The pole wedges firmly into the mount, the bird feeder and birds are in full view from both the porch and inside the family room, and the bird feeder can be refilled easily.
