Joseph JosephPresto Hygienic Bathroom Soap pump dispenser, refillable – Stone

I was looking for a soap dispenser for my bathroom and have had quite a search until I found this one. The problem I have found is that a lot of soap dispensers are ceramic or glass and having had a cracked sink because of one before I didn’t want to go down that road again. The other options were very cheap and nasty plastic dispensers so I was really pleased to find this, which is a far better option in my opinion.It is made by Joseph Joseph, who always seem to make good quality products. It is easy to fill as it has a wide opening and it’s more hygienic because you can press down using your wrist. It’s quite sturdy and doesn’t move around on the side of the sink. My bathroom is white and silver and it looks really good but it’s neutral enough to go with most colour schemes. I am really happy with this soap dispenser and definitely recommend it.

Looks good , easy to fill , easy to use .Can be operated with fingers / knuckles / palm / back of hand / arm / elbow etc depending on how mucky your hands are .Doesn’t drip either which is great !

Smart looking, functional once it is set up.Downside; took 30 minutes to set up as the straw within the pump would not pick up the hand soap from within the container and it seemed broken. Needed to fiddle around with it a lot to get it going which nearly made me launch it out of the window in frustration. Another downside is there’s only a tiny difference between the lid/pump being locked “on” and it being loose, so already a load of washing up liquid has spilled out when it got knocked over. Just need to treat it with care.

We have three of these and had them just over a year. The pump works well and they are easy to refill however, the stainless steel rusts. Even cleaning them regularly won't stop the rust. First it starts with small brown spots, then the the top and bottom edges and it becomes a never ending task to make them look reasonable and now a year in they just look horrible.I cannot recommend these at all stay well away.

Bought 2 , 1 for the bathroom, 1 for the kitchen , where they are likely to be kept have a chance of falling into a sink as has happened to the bathroom one which has cracked and been thrown away 10 months after purchase, after my No Spill salt and pepper grinders (£40)also broke ( just out of warranty, no interest in helping) I won’t be buying any more Joseph Joseph products: good design but materials aren’t up to the job at the price they are sold at

Stylish. Easy to fill.The label peels off easily.For those typing about the rust, don’t throw water around the bathroom!! Or just dry it after if you make a mess 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great looks but longevity should be much better at this price. After 6 months. Rust appearing and pump no longer effective

I bought this as my 8 year old was struggling with a standard pump dispenser, and my husband has a disability in his hand.This has been comfortable for both of them to use and the little circle on the front top is great for showing where the hand soap is going to come out from.This is easy to open, and refill, simple to clean in all areas and it's pretty hardy too. Chunky and well built and another Joseph Joseph product I absolutely love.
