Great case, but still cannot withstand the wrath of my 1 year old. 🥲 6 months in, needed a replacement, but thinking of all the damage he would have done to the phone itself makes it a lifesaver.

I am very tough on phones and so are my kids. $1000 phones and kids are a bad mix but with this case I've been able to navigate 3 generations of new phones across 4 kids and myself (wife is more careful than us apparently!!!). Lots of incidents over the years with no damage but the last one that is making me purchase another phone case today happened like this. Mind you .... I am just buying a case and not a phone. Put brakes on car and had the phone on the rear deck of the car as I went to test the brakes out. 40 miles an hour (est.) the phone fly's off the car into the street. By the time I got home, my wife is freaking out and getting in the car because she just got a notice from Apple that I was in an accident via the accident notification technology in the new software (the whole family gets the message btw). I explained I was ok and asked why she thought I was in an accident. She showed me the message from Apple and asked where my phone was....uh...bye bye. Retraced steps, part of the case is on the road and as I approached I could see the other half 20km away on the road but no phone. As I was walking to pick up the pieces, I see the phone on the sidewalk face up and working. Net result...one small crack on the back corner and a little road rash on a corner. That's it. Phone works perfectly. All the buttons and hinged pieces on the case are gone and a couple of pieces missing on the corners....but I'm still using it until the new one gets here. My case of choice for those times when only the best protection is needed.

I grabbed this phone case about a month ago thinking, “It’s Pelican, they make those rugged cases for gear and travel, I bet their phone cases are just as tough.” And sure, it's tough...but it's also the most annoying case I’ve ever used. Yeah, it protects your phone. The edges are raised, the cameras are safe, and it looks sleek. Cool, cool. BUT... - The material is slicker than a greased-up otter. I drop my phone more with this case than I did without one. - The side buttons are too touchy. I'm collecting accidental screenshots like it's a hobby. Oh, and if you want to actually hold your phone comfortably? You’ll need to slap on an extra accessory and good luck using MagSafe after that. Honestly, it’s like buying armor for your phone that makes it harder to use. Huge bummer…

I will never own a phone and not put it in this exact case. I bought this one to replace my old one. My phone slid off the dash of the 15,000 lb forklift I was driving and hit the ground, I stopped to pick it up and couldn’t find it, when I did I realized it was under the rear tire. I thought for sure my phone was busted but when I backed up and looked my phone was perfectly fine, there was some scuffs on the case from the concrete and it cracked the corner of the case but my phone inside was saved. Highly recommend this case to keep your $1500 iPhone safe!!

This was a replacement for my otter box. As I had dropped my otter box defender so much it was physically broken. So what do I think of this one? It’s more slippery than the otterbox, the phone I do think more protected in this case. It’s clasped better and fit and Finnish is better. Over time the otterbox rubber was saggy and the inner shell just broke. Don’t have to worry about that with this. However the mute/action button is coverd by a flap. I don’t mind it but if you change mute often(iPhone 14PM) it’s a tight fit for your finger. I drop my phone enough to beat the snot out of cases and this does have a broken bit already on the inside of the case. Still would recommend

I have owned several pelican products over the years and have always been very satisfied with everything. This phone case is no exception. It appears to be very sturdy and looks like it’ll handle quite a drop. I’m not gonna test it out though. This case is MagSafe,is not too bulky and makes the slippery iPhone much less slippery. has camera lens protection in the form of a raised ridge around the lens cluster several millimeters taller than the surface of the lenses themselves. Same with the screen. Edge protection is firm and thick, but as I said before, not crazy bulky. Overall, I think it’s a great buy.

I love Pelican products, have used them for 30+ years for my job. Had the old shield case for my iphone 11 which was the best thing I ever got for it, really well designed and tough as nails, loved it. So I get this new one for my iphone 14. This new one is absolutely a disaster. What the hell were they thinking? It's an embarrassment to the Pelican name. The buttons used to be built into the edges of the frame, now they are flimsy bits of rubber that fit loosely into slots in the clips. They fall out every single time and are impossible to get back in their slots. I don't understand what they were thinking. This thing is a total fail.

Case received heavy damage as a result of tradeswork. It will keep your phone safe, however the case is in very poor condition after just two weeks of use.

数回落としました。 歩いてる時や走ってる時ポケットから落下 シャーと転がったり、ドンとコンクリートや、アスファルトにレンガの道に落としても iPhoneは問題無く本体に傷も付かずにホットした事が何度か、もちろんケースは傷ついたり、小さな凹みができたりしました。 パッと見は全然分からない感じです。 とても信頼できるケースと思い。 今使っているiPhoneは長く使う予定なので、セール時に同じケースをもう一つ予備として買ってしまいました。 不便な所は少し重くなる事位 パッと見、iPhoneの種類が他の人は 分かりずらい所ぐらい(私はそこも良いと思います。職場でiPhoneと気付かれる迄１年位かかりiPhoneとバレました。) 後は 他の色が無くて個性を出せない所です。 女性はかなり抵抗あるゴツさと思う でも、 リピ買いしたくなる程の良い製品 ブランド、所有感だと思います。
