The worst client service I ever experienced!
I am extremely disappointed with my order (did it through the official website). I received a yoga mat (kundalini) which is really beautiful, but when I started doing my practice I got upset because it is extremely slippery. There is no information that it has no good grip, instead, it is stated in the description that it has a good fixation. I'm trying to contact support for more than 1 week to return or exchange, and no response. Such poor client service and an awful experience.
