Exactly as described. I will be buying again when they finish. I do think they are worth the money. I haven’t identified any side effects. It’s the largest tablet I take. Thats not to say it’s big, it’s smaller than a 5p. Sometimes I feel it when I swallow, but it doesn’t bother me. Zero taste. Dosage is good for a woman (I’m generalising) but always check with your doctor/pharmacist. I can’t 100% give credit to these tablets for this however I have new hair growth. My hairline had been receding a little, enough for me to take action. I’ve been trying a few things to resolve the issue and something or a culmination of what I’m doing has begun to show positive effects. Speak to a doctor/pharmacist before taking it but I would recommend to anyone who has been advised my a professional to take this particular brand.

This is a great supplement bought to raise my D3 levels as they are usually low. It worked and has moved my level to the optimum range. Obviously I can't say whether the K2 is working as that is much more of a long term effect, but there's been plenty of research to make me feel confident. The addition of the extra virgin olive oil is great as that has it's own benefit for heart health whilst the oil helps the absorbtion of the D3. Yes ut's not the cheapest D3 supplement but personally I feel the quality makes the cost worthwhile.

I really like this supplement because it has a high dosage of vitamins D and K, and it's delivered in extra virgin olive oil, which helps enhance absorption due to the vitamins being fat-soluble. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because of the clear bottle packaging. Vitamin D is sensitive to UV light, so an opaque or amber bottle would have been better for preserving its stability. It's a shame because the product formulation is great and it doesn't make sense to have a high-quality compound but not store it in the right packaging. I hope they address this issue but otherwise, I'll continue repurchasing it for the winter months.

Arrived in perfect condition with a good use by date and the main reason for buying these ones over all the others purity and most importantly third-party tested to offer peace of mind that you are buying. What they are saying is on the label a repeat purchase for myself

These are a quality supplement. A bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for, as the saying goes. I won't buy any other brand.

I’ve been using this vitamins for a while, it has an immediate effect giving you energy and reducing body pain, however it made my face and neck full of spots. At the beginning I could not imagine it was the supplement but I isolate everything else from my diet making tests to check what was giving me spots, and for 3 times tested, every time I stoped with this vitamin my face cleared and everytime I restarted with this vitamin my face immediately got covered in spots again. It’s a shame as this supplement is affordable and really can give you energy just after you take it.

Ich kaufe und nehme diese kapseln einige Jahre und konnte Labor technisch gesehen feststellen das der Vitamin D k2 Spiegel hervorragend ist seitdem ich diese kapseln nehme neben dem Sonnenbad. Ich vertrage die kapseln sehr gut! sie sind vertraglich und lassen sich sehr gut schlucken. Ich kann sie weiterempfehlen! Ich habe unter den Rezessionen leider gelesen das Pickel und Ekzeme entstanden sind Anhand Bilder und dem Text. Es wurden auch andere Nahrungsergänzungsmittel gezeigt auf den Bildern und beschrieben! Man sollte auch einmal Wechselwirkungen betrachten unter dieser gleichzeitigen Anwendung von anderen Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, neben dem Vitamin D und K2 das tut keiner und dann wird etwas sehr gutes sofort zum Teufel geschickt und als Auslöser genannt. Vitamin D und k2 hat sicherlich nichts mit diesen Ekzem zu tun! Wenn dann liegt das an den anderen Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln Wechselwirkung untereinander viele übersehen daran auch die Zusatzstoffe nicht! Es gibt auch Menschen die eine versteckte Neurodermitis haben die noch kein Haut Arzt bestätigen konnte. Jedenfalls haben diese Vitamin D und K2 Kapseln mit dem Hautausschlag nichts zu tun! Vitamin D und K2 hat keine Alergene und ist sehe vertraglich! Und macht auch keine pickel oder Ekzeme! Das wollte ich als langjähriger Kunde klarstellen zu dieser Negativen Bewertung hier bei Amazon! Der Hersteller und Händler kann nichts dafür! Er bemüht sich ein sehr gutes Produkt Herzustellen und zu verkaufen wo jeder zum Erhalt vom Vitamin D und k2 im Körper zu erhalten damit jeder sehr gut versorgt ist. Danke an diesen Hersteller für so ein gutes Produkt!
