If you work directly beneath the bar it's very secure but if you lean outside of the frame structure then the frame tips. I secured one bottom edge of my frame against the skirting board (I am lucky enough to have a room I use as a gym) and I can TRX to my heart's content. Then I fold the frame flush against the wall to free up space.
