Yaaayy! I have cheek fluff and coarse chin whiskers... well that's what my husband calls them... lol Anyway getting to a Beauty shop with the kids just doesn't work for me so I thought id try this as it was reasonably priced on sale at £7.99. I warmed on the electric stove, mark 2/3 which took a few minutes. Then let it sit for a minute or two and tried it "SO HERE's A TIP!!" DONT USE WHEN ITS SUPER RUNNY... the instructions said this but I made the mistake of thinking I knew best lol. Anyway if you make it too runny, it goes on so thin that it's harder to peel the edge to pull it off. I had to use the other stick to carve the edge of the thin wax to peel it off and it just broke into little bits BUT IT DID TAKE THE HAIR OUT TOO -SO LET IT SIT FOR A FEW MINUTES until it's like a thick gluey texture like HONEY then... enjoy the magic :) It applies in a thick texture engulfing those fine and coarse hairs, apply it, let it dry and BOOM pull it! I tested it on a small section of my chin when I did it too thin pics added and it still took out the thick and fine hair with the full root attached! When it got thicker it worked even better on Short hairs WIN!! So if you have those short thick hairs that almost make a CLICKING SOUND when you pull them with your tweezer - "Girrl ' I got you..." forget the Tweez and epilator leaving scars and In growing hairs... this is what you need to try!"YOU'RE WELCOME" :) AND I have enough left to do my chin and facial cheeks atleast 4 more times! YAAAAY!

Too soft even when cooled, breaks apart when pulling off. Very painful to use

As others have stated, this hot wax kit works but there's definitely a learning curve to using it. It can be as easy or hard as you make it, especially when it comes to clean up. Practice makes perfect though. Once you get a feel for the correct thickness to heat it up to, the amount of time to leave it on your skin before stripping it off and how best to avoid leaving a mess behind, you should be removing those unwanted hairs in no time.This kit comes with a small pan with the hardened wax inside of it. You can either use an electric stove to heat it up or put it inside of a regular saucepan with water (which I would recommend so the saucepan catches any excess). Once it's ready, you should put the pan inside of a plate to minimize clean up. Likewise, put a paper towel or something in front of the mirror to catch any excess wax to make cleaning up much easier when you're done.Finally...it hurts, so be prepared. But the pain is how you know it works. It's ripping out from the roots as it's supposed to. The oil that comes included in this kit helps soothe that pain. The kit comes with instructions (with pictures) and I highly recommend reading them before trying our the hot wax for the first time.All in all, I would recommend this to anyone interested in using hot wax to remove facial hair. It gets the job done and the price is an absolute bargain. The included small pan makes it so you don't really need a wax warmer to use this product. Added bonus, but it's a made in Canada product too.

TRIAL &’ ERROR. i’ve used other leading brand waxes and i can’t complain, with microwavable waxes they usually end up taking skin and little to no hairs. with this, you have to melt it three times, within increments. so you don’t accidentally warm it til the point you’ve got to wait literal minutes. my stove isn’t exactly eclectic so i’m not sure how that’d fair. on the second try, it takes both the smaller hairs, without making my sensitive skin boiling red. i’d recommend this!
