I need a bullet piercing valve, a piercing valve for a 12oz canister of r134 and a rubber hose to connect both what parts do I need?

This part is only the piercing valve for the 12 oz can of 134a. You'll need to get the other two parts separately.

will this work with new cans with self sealing top???

It didn’t work for me with the self sealing top cans. Works great on standard cans.

I have a 1998 nissan pathfinder R134a freon it's correct to recharge my sistem ?

It will work if all your system needs is a small charge of freon. Most likely a system that old has a larger leak or bad compressor seals. You need to put a gauge set on it to determine that. If the pressure is jut a little low then a recharge will fix it.
