It arrived quickly and doing the job well. I'm trying an ancient recipe dealing with extreme joint pain. I was advised specifically to use CEYLON ginger and cinnamon. I felt improvement after 24 hrs, the pain was gone completely after 3 days

The Ginger was delivered promptly and is fresh. Comes in the nice resealable bag for easy use and storage.

Been using it every night. I use a foamer beater thing to mix it with very hot water. It never disolves. I don't think any brand will dissolve. I make it a shorter cup and drink it relatively quickly to get what I can before it settles. I think a lot of it gets wasted but what you do digest is very good for you.
