These tablets came on Tuesday and by Thursday and I had so much more energy it's unreal. My body must have been desperate for magnesium, as for a good year I've felt sluggish, tired and couldn't get enough sleep even after a good night sleep. I even left a part time job because I couldn't find the will power to do it. This tablets work a treat and honestly you should not hesitate! Little more pricey than some, but my god they work. I'm not even exaggerating, within two days I've got tons of energy, more concentration and I feel like my metabolism is kicking in again. Says take 4 capsules a day but I will eventually drop to two, as the energy might get me in trouble 🤣🤣

This product is glycinate and oxide, it doesn't say how much oxide is in there probably more oxide as it is cheaper to produce. Oxide is the least bioavailable form of magnesium. I will not buy this brand again because of false marketing, they cannot be trusted. I wish I hadn't opened it before reading the ingredients, I would have sent it back.

I bought this because I heard taking magnesium can improve the quality of my sleep so I can wake up more energetic. Could be placebo but I feel like it is working, I've been taking these for the last month or so and even when I only sleep a few hours, I feel the sleep is deeper and more restful. Bear in mind the capsules are quite large and it's recommended to take 4 a day.
