I was pleasantly surprised to see this actually does what it says. The value for money is great. Definitely helps me relax before sleep time and made me sleep for longer periods of time. I used to wake up multiple times a night and since taking this I have a better nights sleep. Taste isn't horrible and never upsets my stomach. I will continue to use this product.

I have started taking this kava supplement an hour before I get off work. By the time I am home, I am ready to decompress and this stuff makes it happen faster. I feel more relaxed and calm while making dinner, and the rest of the night is chill and smooth. I haven't noticed any negative effects and will keep taking on work nights. The capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. Would also be great on vacation to ease the hectic nature of travel.

It works to promote a good night’s sleep with just one capsule a half hour before bed. I suppose if someone is big, two would work better. I use another product from this company — a probiotic and cranberry capsule. It seems to be effective as I was around a lot of sick people with different kinds of infections that got transmitted to others and only got sick once. Of course, though my diet, exercise routine and other factors, obviously, helped, too! … The company, overall, seems good and I will continue to use its products!

I was cautious at first getting the supplement as I have had bad experiences with other companies – – with this company, I actually was thoroughly impressed with how strong it was without it being micronized or a powder that you mix into a drink. It affectively help me sleep better, and a little really goes a long way . I have severe panic disorder, and this frankly has been the best supplement for anxiety and panic attacks. it is more effective than chamomile/valerian/passionflower (these are all good for anxiety though as well!), and doesn’t require a large dose; you actually will find you need LESS as you take it- it is one of the few botanicals with a REVERSE tolerance . If you have anxiety , this is a godsend !

Have zero idea what this is but it definitely IS NOT KAVA, especially an extract.. Doesnt have the peppery smell, actually doesn't have much of a scent at all, something is way off, also does literally nothing, also gave me bad stomach problems . It was worth a try with the 25% discount but not again... I tried up to 6 at a time and that just made stomach problems worse and again did nada... So kava people, beware.. If you want to try natrol or kava 6, those are true extracts, pricier but actual kava extracts

Update 02/14: so I have bought a total of 2 bottles and got one free. I have noticed a great difference in the 2 bottles quality after the first initial bottle I bought. I have used various kava products and notice a strong moldy smell and taste also no typical numbing feeling like kava usually does and the first bottle did. Plus I dont notice an effect that much. I know its not the best quality but it worked for the price, now the last bottle I got taste awful and does absolutely nothing. Def either bad batches or old. Last time I buy it.My friend actually used this brand some yrs back and liked it so that's why I bought it. Its honestly a great product that works for this price. I've tried other kava products ( normally use a tonic shot mixture of kava and kretom) this is a great option to mix with kratom or on it's own. I have severe anxiety and issues with sleeping and it definitely helps with it by far than any of my meds have. Totally recommend trying it.

I read about Kava and wanted to give it a try! I’m not fond of taking liquid drinks, I prefer pills. In less than a week, taking one pill in the am, I noticed I was able to focus better on things. I have ADD and I am always looking for ways to focus better. I’m big on taking natural products instead of prescriptions. I feel relaxed and focused with one pill a day. I’m glad I gave it a try.

I have ordered kava in its powder form a few times and never did a good job brewing it as a t so thought I would try it as a capsule.. I am definitely not disappointed this relaxed me enough to allow me to enjoy the last couple of hours of my night before I dozed off to sleep and got a great night's rest... I also can take a lower dose during the day to just chill out
