I usually make my own gym shirts in this style. I decided to skip a step and look for a gym shirt instead. These shirts were new here and didn't have many reviews, but they were reasonably priced and looked good. I rolled the dice!I really like this shirt a lot! I'm 6'1 185 and got a large, it fits very well and looks great. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and will be buying a few more in various colors.The material is polyester and a little spandex, they're light and thin, which is what I want when I'm lifting. I don't know a lot about this fabric but I plan on air drying it although it may be suitable for the dryer.If you're browsing around for gym shirts I would definitely give these a shot. It's exactly what I was hoping for! Sadly, the muscles are not included. That you must acquire in your own!

The neck and the sides it's a litte wide, but it fits good.

Great material - hangs real well over my chest, etc

I have a few of these shirts in different colors. I work out in my home gym (almost always alone because nobody in my family wants to exercise with me) and this is my go-to style of shirt to wear. It protects me from that awkward feeling of sticking to the bench or floor but gives my arms the freedom of movement without any restriction.

Light breathable and comfortable

The shirt is thin polyester and two sizes smaller than a non Asian size. So as long as you order two sizes bigger you should be fine. Let's just say it's a cheap workout shirt. Not great but for the price not that bad.
