I can honestly say I saw and felt a difference first time. Albeit I did some scraping and polishing as well as using this toothpaste thing, but it genuinely did lift some stains from caffeine and smoking on the first use. My mum even said she noticed a difference and said they looked cleaner! The taste is good, the ease of use is simple as brushing your teeth normally, the tub came intact, the quantity you get for your money is impeccable. I would recommend for anyone struggling to get booked into a dental office or even too scared to go because you know they say no sugar, no smoking, no caffeine, blah blah blah.
