Adjustable great for fidget
I bought this to try and stop my finger picking when I’m anxious. It’s worked really well. The beads spin as well as moving up and down.

Lovely but large fitting.
I live this ring but is too large for all my fingers & thumb (I am quite slim at the moment). I still use it as a fidget ring but tend to keep it in my pocket.

Lovely little ring
