NOVA Three Labs | Max Perform Powdered Preworkout | Designed to Maximize Performance and Reduce Fatigue During Training (Grape)

I tried this based on a friend’s recommendation. Unfortunately he doesn’t know much about nutrition.This product tastes great; unfortunately, that’s because it’s loaded with maltodextrin which is basically sugar. It will spike your insulin and kick you out of ketosis if that’s something you’re in. It’s no wonder they don’t publish nutritional info on the side as it is loaded with carbs. There are plenty of more satisfying ways I can carb load and for someone who’s avoiding carbs this product is quite bad. Fortunately I realized based on urine strips that I had added a massive sugar source to my diet when I tried this.If you don’t mind sugar it may be ok for you but personally I feel better results from C4 sport which is what I was taking before. Note, I haven’t tried C4 xplode since it has too much caffeine for me.

I like the product a lot and have found that my performance in the gym has improved from using it!! I just wish there was a non-caffeinated version that I could drink throughout the day. The grape flavor is also a little intense for my taste, I prefer a half scoop taste wise so I usually end up watering down my full scoop.

This has been a great pre-workout for me. I particularly like that it has less than 100mg of caffeine per serving. I am also really enjoying the grape flavor.
