Very pretty coasters to put on the table

Made in China if anyone is wondering but the quality is great before you hesitate. It’s ceramic so will take hot mugs etc and easy to wipe down. really nice colour (blue ombré) and design (geometric) and basically the nearest I could find to what I wanted. I searched every.Only 2 things made me take off 1 star.1. The cork base doesn’t reach to the edge and just centred. But I can live with that.2. The print looks as though it has gold printed. It’s not, it’s just a dark colour yellow to look like gold. Disappointing, l as it possibly could have been an added feature. And the main reason I paid the cost.Overall I’m happy. It goes with my dark wood coffee table fairly gracefully.

I just love the design of these gorgeous coasters - they are without doubt the most beautiful ones I’ve ever seen!! The colours go perfectly together and are just the right shade - not too pastel but still subtle enough to blend in beautifully with a neutral colour scheme. And the little metallic copper/gold speckles at one side just lift them into a different class! As a designer myself I would have loved to come up with this pattern myself & whoever designed it - kudos!But…why is there always a but! I guess my one misgiving is the material it’s made in - a matt, absorbent stone type material that soaks up spills - which is great for the spills but from what I’ve seen so far they will no way survive a big tea or coffee spill without staining. I tried a little splash of tea and it seems to wipe off fine with a mild detergent on a damp sponge - but I looked back later and now there’s a faint mark where the tea was and that’s after one use. If this continues it’s gonna leave them pretty unusable…& I’m not happy that my beautiful set now has one out of four that I’d rather not give to a guest, especially as they are not cheap. What a shame!

They look very cute but they stain very easily!

These coasters are just lovely. I was worried they might scratch the side tables, but the cork underneath totally protects the wood. I'm very pleased.
