I have not run out of the wax softener yet, when I do I will just use over the counter product. As for the itch soother, I have not had an issue yet. If I do I will just use baby oil or equivalent. For the three replacement tubes, I have used the same one so far (just clean it well) and it is holding up quit well. I use this product about twice a month so I am expecting the tubes to last quit some time. We’ve had many visits to the Pediatrician in regards to his ear, on our last visit, she tried to remove the wax with a pick which hurt, and she was not getting much out. Then she tried this spray to flush out his ear and wow!!! All this wax came out. I needed to get this for home as his ear creates so much wax buildup. We’ve used it at home and I’m just amazed at the amount of wax that is removed. It does not hurt and he says it feels nice.
