My Experience with Amazon & Samsung While many people claim online shopping is risky these days - even comparing it to buying from a junkyard - I still trust Amazon. To date, Amazon has provided me with excellent service. Whenever I've been unsatisfied or encountered product issues, they've respectfully taken responsibility, accepted returns, and processed refunds without hesitation. One recent change I've noticed is Amazon now charging handling fees, though I'm not entirely clear on their purpose. This does make me slightly uncomfortable. My recent purchase of a Samsung washing machine through Amazon arrived via open-box delivery. The delivery person was in a hurry and handled the package somewhat roughly when showing me the item after bringing it into my house. However, the product itself remained intact. Samsung's service impressed me - their technician arrived exactly at the scheduled time the next day and completed the installation professionally. The machine is working perfectly, and I truly appreciate Amazon's reliable and trustworthy service. As for Samsung products - their quality speaks for itself. I don't think I need to elaborate on how good they are and how well they perform. The most notable feature of this washing machine is its silent functioning capability. The mobile control feature through the Samsung app is excellent. So far, the connection has been seamless and all functions work perfectly. While I haven't explored all features yet, the ones I've used have been truly impressive.

It is a very good machine, it is doing its work very well and it is sufficient for almost 12 people in the family and the most important thing is that it is very comfortable, after installing it once you can be tension free as it does its work completely on time, I like it a lot and I feel that you all should also thank Amazon which provides things of good quality and good quality at the right price, thank you Amazon

I am extremely disappointed with this washing machine. From the first month of purchase, it has been experiencing continuous issues, including frequent breakdowns and inconsistent performance. The machine often stops working in the middle of a wash cycle, causing significant inconvenience. Issues with PCB (Motherboard), Filter, Wash quality within 1 year of purchase. Drum is too small even for a 9 KG machine, Despite multiple complaints and service requests, the problems have not been resolved satisfactorily. The overall build quality and reliability are far below expectations for a new product. It feels as though a defective or refurbished unit was delivered instead of a brand-new machine. Given the repeated failures and poor customer experience, I would not recommend this washing machine to others. I expect a durable and fully functional product when making such a purchase, and unfortunately, this machine has failed to meet even basic expectations.

This is very awesome & smart washing machine ever in this price range 1st of all the TUB size is very big & the powerfull motor provided excellent power & its noice is very less . It is very easy to use directly & easily connected it to my smartphone now very easy to operate from anywhere This washing machine also give alrets on Mobile when it finishes all washing & if someone open its door mistakenly while washing it send notification. Overall very nice product & happy with installation service provided by Samsung . Happy to have Samsung products i already usking Samsung refrigerator microwave & now washing machine

Good Quality and good price

Washing machine is good but body damage

Have been using this machine for more than a month now, it's great, silent when in operation and does not damage the clothes. My only complain would be with the Samsung's Smart things app. It decided to automatically log me out one day and wouldn't log back in until i decided to use a different account. Also the "Smart" part of the machine is that it will select the level of water, rinse cycles and spin time on it's own considering the weight of the load and it can be started from your smart phone from anywhere as far as the washer is connected to Wi-Fi.
