I’ve been using this pillow every night and can genuinely feel the difference compared with my old one. I tend to sleep on my side and often wake up with a stiff neck or uncomfortable shoulders, but this pillow gives my neck much better support. I especially like the hollow area around the ear, as it makes side sleeping feel much more comfortable. The memory foam is supportive without feeling rock hard, and it keeps its shape nicely. It took me a couple of nights to get used to the shape, but now I really enjoy sleeping on it. I love it

Why did you choose this product over others?: I was diagnosed few months ago with IIH and it was really important for me to find a pillow that helped me with my neck and head support. I was browsing for a while and a friend with the same condition suggested me to check out this one. So, i bought this pillow and was really hyped, i couldn't wait to get a pillow that helped me sleeping better again. It arrived in a box and with his own plastic cover; as soon as i opened the pillow i could smell a strong chemical odor, but as i read about that on the reviews, i left my pillow few days catching air. Unfortunately, after a week, the smell was still there and was not pleasant. Contacted customer service which gave me some tips, and finally the smell went away!! It has been nearly a month now i have been using this pillow, and i can definitely say, i am sleeping better than before, i don't wake up with a bad headache o neck stiffness anymore as before. The support of the pillow is amazing, it will take a while for you to adjust as every pillow, but once you get used to it, you will feel the difference in your body and sleep. I find the pillow firm enough, not too hard and not too soft, it's comfortable once you get used to the shape that embrace your neck and head. Ideal for every sleeper, i vary from side sleeper to back to belly sleeper a lot and found myself comfortable in every position. I sleep better and it helps me manage my condition during the night, which allow me to sleep for at least 6/7 hour straight and not only 3 like before for the pain. Super approved!!

This is supremely comfortable and does help with neck pain. It has two heights, one for back sleeping and the other for side sleeping. Also it is very reasonably priced. I fully recommend it

Upon opening i found the cover's stitching coming apart in 3 places. If I could get a replacement cover then i'd be happy with that as the pillow is really comfortable. But cant find the option to ask.

It is hard to explain, but this pillow has been a life changer. Unlike so many other orthopaedic pillows this one seems to have been designed by a human being for other human beings. It’s soft yet provides plenty of support in the right places. It’s very comfortable and seems to work just as well whether one is lying on one side or flat on one’s back. The pillow cover is washable. I love it and we have bought three now.

The order arrived in good time and well packaged. I have been trying the pillow since it arrived for 5 days. The pillow is sturdy and comfortable and its thickness accommodates a range of positions, including on my back, side and face down. I feel the quality of my sleep has been good and my sleep-app has confirmed that impression. I bought the pillow as I have neck and shoulder issues, and my feeling is that these issues seem to have eased with the use of the pillow, giving pressure relief, and I will certainly continue using it. On a less positive note, my snoring seems to be of the same intensity and I was hoping this might reduce through use of the pillow. However I will be persevering and hope there will be continuing improvement.

Je ne m'en sers plus car je ne dors que sur le côté. Mais il est très confortable pour lire sur le dos. Je vous le conseille uniquement si vous dormez sur le dos, là il devrait vous convenir parfaitement.

Omg,, when I say it's soft, it's soft, I have memory foam pillows but this is way softer, it's like latex, I was surprised how soft it is,, I only got it this morning so havnt slept on it yet, but if you want a super soft pillow this is it, the shape should be great for your neck, if I sleep OK I'm buying more,, I have occipital neuralgia so my skull hurts hence why I need a soft pillow, highly recommend

Very comfortable pillow. I love to use while reading books and playing videogames. Very good for arm support :)
